AdvisorShares Active ETF Market Share Update – Week Ending 12/19/2014

Last week there were two new funds launched, both equity funds. ValueShares launched its second fund focusing on international equities and newcomer RealityShares launched a dividend-centric fund. There was a modest $142 million, or 0.80%, bump up in AUM to $17.46 billion.

First Trust reversed the multi week trend of outflows and led inflows with $199 million followed by $12 million for iShares and $10 million for State Street. On the outflow side of the ledger AdvisorShares has $37 million followed by $35 million at WisdomTree and $14 million at PIMCO.

High Yield was by far the leading category gainer with $116 million followed by $45 million into Short Term Bond. Outflows were seen from Foreign Bond and Global Bond.

Last week’s numbers were not enough to alter the market share statistics.
