AdvisorShares Active ETF Market Share Update – Week Ending 9/18/2015

Assets in actively managed ETFs increased by $95 million last week or, 0.40%, to $21.714 billion. There were no new funds launched last week, nor any closures, which leaves the total count currently trading at 134.

Inflow and outflow numbers by fund providers were small with $34 million into State Street and $30 million into PIMCO. AdvisorShares had a $12 million outflow followed by $9 million from iShares.

The flows by strategy were more pronounced. Global Bond had $97 million of net inflows and Short Term Bond had a $20 million outflow. The Alternative Category had a $5 million outflow but a net decline of $22 million due to adverse market conditions for the group.
